Can I have a demonstration of the system?

Can I play on a demo system to see what it's like?

Yes, you can play on a demo system. Just select the 'Request A Seven Day Evaluation Account' when requesting a demo.

How much does it cost?

Yes just select 'Request A Formal Quotation' on our online form. Prices range from $500 - $5,000 per annum.

How often do I pay?

You pay a one-off, cost effective, annual subscription. We will advise you when you need to renew.

I'm ready to go. How do I subscribe?

Yes, you can subscribe to a framework(s) on our online form.

Can I subscribe to more than one Framework?

Yes - no problem with that. We may be able to offer a discount on the purchase of additional frameworks.

Can I subscribe to multiple instances of the same Framework?

Yes and we can customise the names of these to prevent confusion. We will discount the cost of subsequent instances of the same framework.

Can I use my own maturity model within my Framework?

Yes, we can set up any five-level maturity model for each individual Framework.

Can I brand my SAM framework with my logo?

Yes, we will provide you with the dimensions for your logo, then just send us through a logo and we will get it added to your site.

How many users can I have?

We don't limit your number of users. Your site manager manages your users.

Do you provide help if we need it?

As an existing SAM customer you can access help information from the "help icon" within SAM but if you need additional support you may contact our support center at support@samcompliance.co or by fill in our online form and selecting 'Make a support request'.

Can I use my own custom-built framework?

Yes, we can work with you to design your custom-built framework.

Can I add or change the content within a Framework?

No - the Frameworks are all pre-defined, however we can create a Framework especially customised for you.

Can I run SAM locally?

No - SAM for Compliance is only available as a cloud based service.
